Shaun Morash and Paul Dottino are in following the disappointing loss for the Giants at the hands of the Eagles in the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs. This was of course not the ending that Giants fans were hoping for but the hosts remind fans that this was also an overwhelmingly positive year for Big Blue.
Inside the game it was simply a beatdown. The Eagles outmatched the Giants at nearly every key position and the season long issue - defending the run - reared its ugly head once again. Shaun and Paul discuss how it is ok to call this a bad performance for Daniel Jones, and many Giants, without making it a referendum on their seasons or careers.
For Paul and Shaun, the offseason ahead remains the same - retaining key members of the roster, and building on the success that Joe Schoen and Brian Daboll have put in place. After years of being the punching bag for quality clubs around the NFL, the Giants re-established themselves a respected franchise and one that looks to be ready to build off a strong foundation going forward.
