Shaun and Paul are in talking the sweet taste of victory on a Monday. The home opener may not have had as much firepower as Giants fans would have hoped, but you take the wins any way they come.
This was the second week in a row where Wink Martindale and the Giants defense led the way, providing turnovers and key stops to help the Giants win a low scoring affair.
Shaun knows some fans way want to get in the weeds on Daniel Jones performance but the 4h year QB once again was smart with the football and helped lead the Giants down the field for a key late touchdown, riding rookie TE Daniel Bellinger.
Coach Daboll remains true to his word, having a rolling roster on a week to week basis, and while Kenny Golladay may not be in the plans early this season, Paul highlights that Kadarius Toney is very much building up his rep count.
Saquon Barkley might not be considered a between the tackles back, and yet on a day where explosive plays were few and far between, the Giants superstar talent did the dirty work and kept the defense off the field as the Giants ran the clock to 0:00 and week two win!
