During this special broadcast, we will showcase two new authors who won my 2013 NaNoWriMo Writing Challenge contest.

Stephanie Nicole Norris is a new writer from Chattanooga, TN. She always had a natural talent for writing & website design and released her debut novel, Trouble In Paradise, in early 2012.  She released her sophomore title, Vengeful Intentions, which is also the sequel to Trouble in Paradise seven months later. She is currently working on her first Christian Fiction Romance, Catching Bees With Honey, as well as the third installment in the Paradise series—a short titled Wreckless.

Charmaine Galloway was born & raised in Toledo, OH. Writing has been her passion and a positive emotional outlet since middle school. Charmaine is an independent self-publisher and the founder of Charming Gal Publications. She is the CEO and jewelry designer for Forever Divas Fashionable Jewelry, a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and a Motivational Speaker. She is the author of My World, Through My Eyes, Girlfriends Secrets and Golden.

Demetrius Irick is an author and motivational speaker born and raised in Orangeburg, SC. At age 16, Demetrius became fascinated with street life and, as a result, was in prison by 21 years of age. After serving four years in prison and developing a relationship with God, Demetrius transformed his view of life.

Jacqueline Johnson-Irick is an author, personal chef and event planner, born and raised in Queens, New York. She and her family moved to Orangeburg, SC in 1999 where she later met and married Demetrius Irick.

The highs and lows of their marriage resulted in them writing and publishing their first book released July 2012 titled, I’m Finally A Man: A Husband’s Journey to Manhood. Jacqueline and Demetrius also own DeeJak’s Publishing Company, their small family-owned business.

Titus is also an intervention specialist that works daily with improving the lives of youth that are incarcerated as well as youth and families that need to be motivated to establish and reach their goals.

He has been dubbed “The Message Whisperer” and lives for his self-proclaimed motto, “Life and death swing on the hinges of the choices we make”.

The Things God Whispered To Me is his debut novel comprised of twenty-three chapters that are called Whispers. Each Whisper consists of different life situations people may find themselves in. The objective of this book is to encourage, motivate, and inspire.

Nikki Urban has been writing since childhood and has always had a flare for telling stories. In August 2008, after being laid off from her job, Nikki completed and self-published her first manuscript, Jade’s Diary under DiamondStone Productions, the imprint she shares with her husband.

Nikki resides in Jacksonville, FL with her husband and has received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from HBCU Shaw University and her Master of Arts in Public Relations from East Tennessee State University.
