The very first episode of LEAD Podcast-for New Graduates!

We are researching and learning the huge need for a clear, concrete transition program for youth students out of high school and into young adulthood. We want them to remain in the Church and be an integral part of the Body of Christ, we want them to thrive on their departure and be in a place where they are truly equipped to pursue Jesus in their lives and in their communities.

Candace has deeply researched information and we have found powerful data from Dr. Kara Powell and the Fuller Youth institute. The Sticky Faith research indicates that 40-50% of kids who graduate from a church or youth group will fail to stick with their faith in college.

We were led and inspired to start a new ongoing program for our students as they enter into their last year of High School. This program is one of many things that will help the students stick with their faith in college, military or whichever direction they choose to go in.
