Hello BGDC listeners! We are back this week to talk about the one thing we all need to invest our time in, especially during 2020- THERAPY! Listen in as we dive into our past experiences with therapy; how we got started, the highs and the lows, and how to break down the stigma of getting help. We both are sharing our stories in hopes to be advocates for therapy and to show that making space in your life to improve your mental health is worth it- even though it can be challenging and there are definitely times where Big Girls Do Cry.
