Elle’s journey from a nurse to a hospital administrator to entrepreneur is nothing short of inspiring and informative. While consulting, Jason had an epiphany and identified that it’s not so much about what one needs to do in order to realize success, but what one needs to Quit that is preventing them from progressing. For this reason, he decided to start the Quitters movement which removes the negative connotation from the word Quit. Episode 42 – We welcome Steven Rozenberg to share his journey from airline pilot to real estate investor, to property manager, to business owner, to author and public speaker. What’s most incredible is he is still doing all of those things today.
As an airline pilot during the 9/11 tragedy, Steve realized that there was no certainty when working for someone else and decided to take his future into his own hands. He built up a real estate portfolio and learned a lot of what NOT to do before recognizing that he needed property management to help him and couldn’t find the one he needed in the market
He the built a successful property management company with his partner Pete which they are rapidly growing into new markets.
We will talk with Steve about how he is able to keep all these ventures going successfully. We will learn form him the challenges has faced and how he was able to overcome them, and what his plans are for the future including releasing his biography that is expected to be available before the end of 2018.
