This is a very difficult time for all of us. 

We are all living in the unknown, and fear of what's to come. 

This is a short episode checking in and reminding you that I'm here and holding space if you need it.

The show will be taking a short hiatus, as I have some big things happening in my life I need to focus on.  The show will be returning but will be revamped.
