Today we welcome back on the show,  Marine Veteran Armando Hernandez!  He's  here to get us pumped up for a great event going down this Saturday, "Run to Home Base Florida."  All proceeds from this event will go directly to Home Base’s Southwest Florida initiatives, including our Warrior Health and Fitness Program and the two-week Intensive Clinical Program. The Opening Ceremony begins at 8 a.m. and the run/walk kicks off at 8:30 a.m.
