Hi there! Welcome.. Now that I have explained who I am and my hopes for this Podcast. Here is a little bit more on what you can expect from me. New Episodes will be posted on Mondays in half hour episodes so you can fit it in at your convenience and hopefully take something growth worthy with you through the week. In this episode I lay out what type of content and topics we will be discussing such as next week's episode; 16 and pregnant (discussing the benefits and challenges of having a young mom) and ranging to topics about Dermatillamania, Anxiety, Adoption and Divorce. Due to the heavy nature of some of the content, I will begin and end on a what I like to call a positivity sandwich, with inspirational quotes, book excerpts or anything I else I have found inspirational and that I hope you do too. Please be advised that some what I may discuss may be triggering for you personally so please feel free to pick and choose which episodes work best for you and hopefully come back to the episode later, you never know you may learn something right? And that's the goal...These sessions are built to encourage, to acknowledge, and to move on.. essentially letting little you know it's ok and I love you.
