Where do I start when I'm working with someone or coaching someone? Whether it's day one, or year 5 of their business I like to start in the same place, packaging and pricing. I had terrible packaging during my first year of business, being so bad helped me become obsessed with packaging, and become one of my strongest areas. From having points of difference, making sure you're not triggering buyer fatigue, to ensuring they are value-packed, it can be such a great starting point to help move your business in the right direction.
