2022 was yet another bloody year for the Hip-Hop culture and we lost a few of our most influential artists. After the year's most recent tragic death of Migos artist Takeoff, Big Shot Music Group executive and owner of popular digital Hip-Hop/Rap radio station, Big Shot Radio, Michael "Big Shot" Wright had a Call-to-Action Zoom meeting with several DJ and Artist associates to discuss the continuous decline of the current Hip-Hop culture. In 2022, several of artist met violent deaths that included not only Takeoff but many others such as PnB Rock, Trouble, Snootie Wild, and JayDaYoungan just to name a few. Guests on this call included Kokane from the late Eazy-E's Ruthless Records label and Funk vocalist for Snoop Dogg and many others, former Konvict Muzic artist Ray Lavender, and Uncle Head and Kue Dog from the legendary Splack Pack.
