What is your Higher Self?

What is peace?

Peace is not just for the monks, the Buddhists, the privileged, the retired, the unbothered.

Peace is for the everyday person – as long as they make it a priority.

Without peace, there’s struggle wherever you go and whatever you do and whoever you do it with. A restlessness that doesn’t go away. A desire to keep speeding up without ever being able to slow down and enjoy the present moment.

Peace can be a force of habit – as long as you consistently choose to make it one!

What is gratitude?

Gratitude is grounding. It helps you come back to the present moment and appreciate your journey so far.

Gratitude is acceptance. It heals the disappointments and opens your eyes to the lessons that came as a result of all the turbulence. 

Try practising gratitude and comparing yourself to someone else at the same time. It’s kinda difficult, isn’t it?

Gratitude transforms the lack mindset into growth mindset in seconds.

What is authenticity?

Authenticity is as much about originality as it is about individuality. 

To be authentic is to embrace all parts of you and roar with joy for every day is a new day of self-discovery.

To be authentic is to stand in your truth and let your unique individuality dance with those who want to move with you.

To be authentic is to allow yourself to bloom and change and grow into a greater version of yourself with every sunrise.

To be authentic is to forge your own path along with others who are equally at peace with who they are.

To be authentic is to serve your Soul, to listen to the truth of your heart, to follow the vision in your mind, to feel the joy in your body.
