Seems like death is right around the corner. These past two yearas I have seen more death than I can even count. It puts a lot into perspective and its traumatizing to people and it starts to eat away at people. Just keep pushing for the ones we lost and keep being great because when its our time. What makes a good friend? What type of friend are you? Keeping healthy relationships are important and being able to go beneath the surface with conversations are important as well. For me its always been hard or felt uncomfortable. We working on doing better now!

Speak up! Dont suffer in silence, our mental is the most important part of our body. We lose so many people to suicide, CTE and so many more things but we must talk to someone. Holding it in wont help us! So I urge you, if your listening and are going through something your not alone and you can reach out!
