Dr Umar Made Some Great points. Although I feel at a certain age we shouldn't hold parents accountable,I still understand where he's coming from in parents playing a role in kids trauma. Lack of communication, ridicule, disappointment, lack of attention etc... much can play a role in how kids grow up as adults
