  • EPISODE 6: CHRIS HASLAM - PART 2

The day after recording the podcast with Haslam, Kearns woke up and slipped into the old pattern of believing what he had just done wasn't good enough. So he decided what was needed was strapping a canoe to the roof of this boat and taking Haslam and his dog out to a small island to record a podcast under a tarp in the rain. Even though he realizes this wasn't necessary he ended up having another great conversation with Haslam and learning a lesson that we can all relate to.

  • EPISODE 4: LINDA NICHOLLS - CONSCIOUS ALTERNATIVES TO DEPRESSION
"I’m not depressed, I’m just fucked up”
Kearns talks to Linda Nicholls about conscious alternatives to Depression. Through their conversation Kearns shares his experience and how “switching his lens" on his association to even just the word depression, created some much needed instant relief. In Kearns's words “Linda knows what she’s talking about. She has cared enough about me to not let get away with my shit and she’s cool as fuck“
Linda has facilitated groups around the globe guiding and walking beside thousands of people over the last forty years. Her experience is invaluable.
