In this dystopian Neo-Tokyo we follow a group of young bikers. Two of them are childhood best friends and they’re out to take down the clown gang. Trust me when I say, that’s the most normal thing that happens here. It’s not too long before one of the boys is “Awakened” and goes on a killing spree and turns into a Lovecraftian Flesh Monster. It’s good for your health, bad for your education.
