It's been a whirlwind lately but I did get a chance to sit down a record a little update, just to let you all know I'm still here. I'll be honest, this episode is... raw. Not the neatly outlined content I usually put out there, but I figured, what the heck! Stay tuned for more polished content to come soon, but for now, enjoy a glimpse of new parenthood.

By outlining exactly what we mean by these terms, we can all be on the same page and leave out any guess work. However, this extra introduction episode is not just a list of terms; we will expound upon each one to create interesting discussion points, so we hope you will tune in and then join the conversation!
