Bill Wilson is a seasoned engineering leader with over 25 years of experience in software development and operations. Currently serving as SVP & Head of Engineering at Kajabi, he has played a pivotal role in the company's growth since joining in 2021. Under his leadership, Kajabi has helped creator businesses generate over $8 billion in revenue.
Prior to Kajabi, Bill spent eight years at Smartsheet, where he progressed from Sr. Quality Assurance Manager to Sr. Director of Quality Engineering. His career also includes leadership positions at notable companies such as Intelius, DatStat Inc., and Attenex Corp., where he consistently built and led high-performing engineering teams.
A Computer Science graduate from Oregon State University, where he managed the computer science lab, Bill combines technical expertise with a commitment to community service. He has devoted significant time to youth development, serving as a Leader for the Boy and Girl Scouts for 14 years and coaching youth soccer.
Based in the Greater Seattle Area, Bill is known for his ability to drive technical innovation while fostering inclusive team cultures and delivering exceptional results in the SaaS industry.
