Billboard recently released their list of the top 50 hip hop groups of all time. Their list was based on the criteria of the groups "being foundational pioneers, evolutionary trailblazers, or contemporary disruptors." And yet...OutKast was voted number 1 over groups like Run DMC, Public Enemy and NWA...to name a few.
