First due to the obvious presence of human ego causing problems in the world. Secondly, the book was written by a man. Todd's book has been written not for the individual but for companies and the relationship with their employees. The corporate climate in America and maybe other industrialized nations has been strained over in the preceding decades stemming from down economies and jobs being farmed to countries with cheaper labor. Todd's experience as a former owner-operator of a successful construction company provided many opportunities but also required some humility. The success of his construction company during his early adulthood caused his ego to get out of check, as Todd Stated during our interview. Now with his new book, Todd shares wisdom from the lessons he has learned. hindsight is 20/20, so he put the rear vision to good use for others to move forward. What NOW! The construction business is Todd's past. The benefits of having the construction business were not just financial but brought a wealth of wisdom and insight available for the world to gain. Todd helps companies build their employer to employee relationships for a more fruitful workplace, product and people in the various workplaces he counsels. The book is written for the perspective the workplace and companies. I asked Todd if companies seek him out. His reply, the companies who require the most training and inspiration have no clue they need it. So Todd has to be the shameless self-promoter. Did I just get Punked!(Baby RANT and Ramble) That is what I feel when looking at news headlines or glimpsing television. I am not anti-Trump nor am I a Trump supporter. To me, I have classified Trump as entertainment/businessperson a long time ago. The problem is I can't change the channel from the entertainment. I just wish there was less me, me, me. It's really simple in my mind, show up, do the job get praise for actual results and fruit of the results. You know that person who must have the last word no matter what, he's that guy. I understand he got the highest executive job in the country and accomplished a task done by few, but Damn chill out vocally and with the tweets and get the job done. You see I come from an era where men just Shut and did their job with a very frugal economy of words. At the very least make the words have serious value.  Tweeting, sound bits and a storm of attention seeking actions me concern. This political office holder has me concerned, not scared but concerned.......seriously. Realty presidency is what we subscribed. I'm really concerned but not scared. Actually, I'm starting to feel like we have the possibility to move towards Idiocracy the movie in our consciousness. I still love that movie! Our newly crowned President Elect has broken every historical mold and virtue we consider to be the Leader of the free world during his campaign. Our country the United States of America is split into 2 factions, Pros, and Cons.

Honestly, we could have seen similar reactions if Hillary Clinton would have been elected to the office of Presidency, the unease would have just been from the other half that was staunch Trump supporters. As we can see by the polls constitutes a LOT of people. During a conversation with a very dear friend of my who happens to live what many consider an alternative lifestyle by the middle of American conservative humans, She stated my statement about Hillary Clinton is most likely true, with two exceptions. The duration of the protest would be shorter and the Hate crimes would not have risen. If you read the reports from news sources such as The Huffington Post, CNN and other news affiliates, Crimes against people of color, Muslims from those individuals and groups with conservative pre-civil rights era views of what America is to be have risen sharply. Most people don't really get it, and I think I am getting a glimpse. You do what you have to do to get what you want in regards to Donald Trump. Mr. Trump knew that he could not win the political race by playing the game the same way his opponents. There had to be a departure from the norm to rally the people. So he gambled and won. Let me just say this I was not a Trump supporter, although I liked The Celebrity Apprentice very much, and am a little pissed if it is off the air now. As a matter of fact, I was upset at the fact he won. Shit happens, so I have to do what I am saying to everyone I encounter. Charge the person election "L" to the game and keep doing the job of being the best me as an individual. Now as far as Mr. Trump, his ego will not let him be known as the president who:

• Took America down the toilet.
• Caused a mass exodus of Americans
• Be a laughing stock
• Does not get his money.

We cannot forget, the president has limited power and is not the Ruler of Everything.  We must focus our attention of the policy makers who can derail our system in the form of State Representatives and Congress people. With the house being majority Republican, agendas may be pushed forward disguised as presidential mandates. Go back to the School House rocks cartoon I'm just a Bill educational short.

In is obvious, Trump is an excellent marketer and sales person, brilliant actually, because he played on the ignorance and hopes of many Americans, and it worked. So here I am watching the entire process to see what happens. It is not just Trumps and Pence, but the entire legislative branch of government who must be held accountable.

I know this one thing about life and humans when the pendulum swings it swings all the way to the other side. Keep doing the personal good work you have been doing, take care of yourself and your family, and live the best life you can. This country is already great. We have the choice to make it greater for all or worse for all. It starts with you.

We started to segregate our personal information when Talk Radio was popularized in the 1980's and 1990's.  These platforms were the doctors of spin for a core audience of individuals listening to branded information. Show me the Money The structure of media has morphed into a vehicle to make money. Television is a for-profit business. Television and media, in general, make profits by selling advertisements. If these entities cannot place eyeballs on the advertiser's products, they die. What would you do if you have a dwindling customer base, due to freedom of choice ( Netflix, Youtube, Hulu, Vice News), and the expansion of options for the consumer who is your audience? Reality TV did not help! The growing popularity of "Reality TV" fueled the fire.  It is synonymous to equating Greco-roman Olympic wrestling to The WWE. Where are the players look as though they are on the same field, but in reality, the scenario's are the exact opposite. Tax refund time is the perfect setting to start your financial makeover. Some years ago, I got fed up with my financial status. I had a good income but I could not keep any of the money I made for any length of time.  There had to be a reason I was making a good living but living paycheck to paycheck. Many of us may find ourselves in the same situation. When you think about your finances and where your money is going, on the surface things may seem ok. A closer look at your finances may be in order. I know you may have heard this all before, but it really is true. Money and resources must be managed.  The time is ripe to knuckle down and become your own auditor. Where do I start: Budget - Money  - Inventory Steps

1. Grab a piece of paper ( Not your computer or tablet)
2. Think - about every and I mean every dollar you spend.
3. write down three columns on the piece of paper. Label them Bills - Necessary - Unnecessary.
4. Write every dime you have spent in the last three months in bills and spending.
5. Separate the items into the three columns.
6. List how much money you make per month on the paper.
7. Add the total of the columns and play with the unnecessary from the money you make to see how much you can save.

What am I doing Recording where your money has gone is a start and only a start. The reason for writing down these numbers is to find out how many bills and spending items are on the table.  The next action putting items in categories gives you and indication where your money is going while placing priority on those funds. I did it you can too! Listing out where my money was going was a sobering act. I started to find my bank account had a trickle in the form of $20 to $100 expenses that were a pure luxury and very unnecessary.  Little money vacuums such as subscriptions, dues for things I really did not use and other money ripping items. those were the bills listed in the unnecessary. Hardcore Once I had a visual on expenditure, it was easy to see I could get my money in control. It became a game to see how much I could save.  When I had a bill that I could not pay off immediately, I developed a time plan by attacking the smallest, then rolling the payments of the paid off debt to the next item on the list. My family thought I was nuts, as they had not had a money mindset change as I had. Actually, my divorce came some time later(go figure). It was imminent anyway. I went nuts, I called credit card companies, closed accounts,  got rid of cable channels, started taking car of my own lawn and snow. I was a mad man. I want to touch on something I may have breezed over. The reason for the 3 moths of bills was to get a good average of items that many not occur every month. Those surprise non-monthly bills can hit you in the face. If you don't take an average over time of your spending habits, that sudden expense could derail your efforts. 24 Months - The Outcome Over Time Failure to reach a goal is typically due to unrealistic expectations. 24 months is a good timeframe to make great changes in your life. As you rid yourself of the unnecessary cost in your life, freedom will show up. The goal is to run for the duration and not sprint to the finish line. This is a lifestyle to make living better and more manageable. Freedom of choice will become more dominant as you free up money to be used or invested. The task I have placed before you is really easy. Start with one item per month then use the snowball moeny management method to get your finances in order. The Presidential election of 2016 she'd a spotlight on our human disconnectedness. We have navigated and landed so far from our beginning with respect to technology, making us a little-unsettled human. We have to examine and own Love, Free will, Respect, Consciousness to progress toward our destiny. Unsettled humans Here is what I mean by unsettled humans. Our daily interaction and dependency on technology birthed a devolved artifact of social interaction. Humans being in the industrialized nations of the world have lost touch with our historical context of being human. David Champion - Move forward with a clearer Understanding. I had the honor of having a very intimate recorded conversation with psychic David Champion. Upon until contact with David, I anticipated the promotion of his services would be the topic of our exchange. To my surprise what transpired was a conversation covering Free will, love, hate and best of all consciousness. Our podcast was a portion of the conversation between David and I. It started as a telephone call with me trying to craft an interview. After 60 minutes on the phone with David, I hit the record button. Love Respect, Free Will, & Consciousness Love Love is the reason we all are alive today. We are driven by the most powerful force in the universe, yet humans are driven by lesser emotions in many instances such as fear. The subject of love was intertwined through our dialogue. The opinion David gave me is love should be the priority. We have exhausted in war,  harm, greed, and anything but unconditional love. Most of our problem seems to stem from our apparent human differences versus concentrating our energy on our similarities and common struggles. We all have the same problems, want and requirements at the end of the day. Consciousness We spoke briefly about consciousness. Life displays just how unconscious we are in or day-to-day activities. Constantly our world population has become dependent and hopelessly tied to virtual relationships facilitated with and through electronic devices. We are simply not conscious of our environment. There is evidence all around us in the form of fake news and politicians who openly lie to our face with total acceptance by the public. Relationships are even on autopilot, there is little work involved to cultivate many relationships. The status quo is to accept what you can get, instead of choosing the best compliment.   [caption id="attachment_1031" align="aligncenter" width="300"] Open your heart and learn to love and Respect outside yourself.[/caption] Free will A sense of surprise is a state of being I often feel when the topic of free will is not discussed in all circles more often. Free will is your ability to have a choice in all areas of your life. So many people take the Free will for granted and fall back on the "it's not my fault" premise. During our discussion, David and I commonly understood we all have a choice. The power of choice is the force moving us towards our betterment. Own your free will. Acknowledging your access to free will opens doors to express your power to unlimited potential. Consciousness Lack of consciousness gives your free will and access to your unlimited potential to those who don't have a right control your life. With free will and active consciousness, your possibilities are greatly increased.  We are a society who are asleep at the wheel. Beautiful moments pass you by, killing your ability to activate your free will and ability to grow and experience the wonderful attributes and treasures living has in store. The Premise is more aligned with reawakening love, respect, family, community and spirit. Jeff was feeling the Blahs of mid-life. This post is inspired by the interview with author Jeff Rasley. Jeff, who was a corporate Lawyer suffering a midlife crisis.  Knowing something needed to change in his life, but having a stuck feeling. As with many American men, we often tough out rough periods instead of investigating the cause, then acting upon what our spirit is communicating. Lucky for Jeff his wife was seriously in tune with Jeff’s being. The Better Half has wisdom A gentle push from his wife Alicia, he found the motivation required to move out of his funk. Alicia supplied a brochure for trekking in Nepal as the remedy. Basically, his wife told him to go take a hike on the other side of the world. Alicia was comfortable with his leave of absence because of her understanding, Jeff had developed a travel bug early in his life. Developing a travel bug. Jeff is of the Vietnam generation, where things were simpler and life as a young man may not be yours to steer.  Anxiety was high in the early 1970's due to the imposed military draft to serve in the  Vietnam war in late 1960's through the mid-1970’s. You had to live in the moment because tomorrow was promised to no one.  Knowing what could be before him Jeff left after finishing High school to hitchhiked across the country at the age of 18. Followed by a motorcycle trek across America and Mexico a year later. To give you a bit of a back story on Jeff's need for geographical change periodically. Books Available on Amazon       Growing up Eventually, Jeff settled into a profession as a corporate attorney. Providing a good middle-class life for him and his family. During our conversation we noted a component of America which is constant, competition and the need for more, more, more is or was a way of life. Like Jeff, at some point in each of our lives, a mindset snap will occur. Life seems full but feels unfulfilled, the current life experience was good but there must be more to the overall experience. Jeff sets his sights on Nepal. During his initial travel, his first conversation with a stranger Jeff asked what to expect. The reply came as a surprise,  "when you get to Nepal expect the unexpected because it is outside of your current experiences". Immediately there were some physical experiences requiring Jeff's adjusting to the altitude and experienced altitude sickness upon his initial trip to the Himalayas of Nepal. Writing about his experience in book form came out of the suggestion from his wife Alicia.  Jeff’s first full book “Bringing progress to paradise” was driven by his relationship with a family in Nepal from early on. Detailing the relationship benefits many people outside of the Nepal community should experience to better ground themselves in community family and love. His love for writing flows within his family DNA. A love of travel and writing are a powerful force in Jeff’s life, and he has no plan to slow down. While on his treks in Nepal, he discovered an attitude towards life and community many Americans have left behind. Placing the community before the individual was a fundamental lesson gained from his many travels.  There is clear understanding driven into Jeff's bones, it’s not about the individual but more about the collective unit because God is in everything. An example, last names in Nepal communities reflect the village in their surname. Many people have the same last name so they identify with the collective versus the smaller single family components. It was a lesson for Jeff in the true meaning of Family. We as Americans say family first but in Nepal, the Family,  and community first has a much larger gravity. Upon returning to the United States a true mindset shift had manifested. Jeff decided to moved from the Presbyterian church to a Quaker church, enacting lessons he has learned while in Nepal. GOD is in everything was the big takeaway. The divine spirit is in everything; it is important to truly respect the entire earthly ecosystem.  Jeff authored Godless living a valuable life beyond belief is predicated on losing the cluttering components of God’s spirituality for humans. Simple actions make big change.

• Kindness
• Respect
• Tolerance
• Love of neighbor
• Love of the natural world
• Getting rid of competition as a dividing line.

There is very little difference in our physical DNA. Humans are 99.9 percent the same at the simplest level. Jeff has posed this question to me and many people throughout his life and his conclusion which mirrors mine are as follows. What do you care about?

• We care about my family
• Want a good life
• We want to be healthy
• Want to live in a safe home
• Live in a safe community.

[caption id="attachment_984" align="alignleft" width="300"] Love and Angels are real.[/caption] Joseph Holmes chronicled a fascinating story many people would find far fetching. He tells the story of an encounter with beings possibly of another times space reality whom he has interacted and communicated with since 1992. Starting with a pair of eyes looking at him during a week long deep breathing exercise. Experiences of this nature became an alteration of Joseph's consciousness while opening a personal awareness and healing of his soul from trauma suffered as a child.  This experience was the beginning of an informative relationship few people can find common bonding.  As told during our interview the eyes eventually turned into a face, identified as Mother Mary. The experience turned out to be interpreted as a blessing directly for Joseph. I inquired as to what the experience was relatable within our common senses. Joseph informed me the images were somewhere between ghost and apparition, but very difficult to place into reference, for our language.  When asked about subsequent, encounter, Joseph tells the story of visiting the deep breathing exercise some years later and having a very similar experience with a positive result from the encounter, actually a healing.  The Healing During the second encounter Joseph details the healing received concerning the secret molestation endured as a child. Joseph's secret held for several decades was never shared with anyone. Contact with Mother Mary was the beginning of an enduring relationship.  The frequency of communications grew over time manifesting in writing Joseph calls poems. Prior to totally accepting these communications, Joseph asked for confirmation to find validity in the communications. Some months later confirmation was given to Joseph, his own burning bush. Based on the information of the encounters and the love Joseph received from the experience, there was no doubt these were angels who enter his life. Why did this encounter happen during midlife? It may be due to the timing being perfect. There are times in our lives where we cannot appreciate positive events unless negative events have been experienced. The Ego became a subject we spoke about concerning doubt and fear. Doubt and fear are the derivatives of ego, which is based in the mind and not of the heart. Joseph's remedy is to thank the ego when it rears its ugly head and remember to search your heart for the correct response. Joe's actual statement is to say thank you to the ego and "Drop back into your heart".

When I questioned how the information manifested, Joe stated the information simply flows.
