I once did some research, the only thing that stops machines, so to speak,
are electromagnetic impulses, meaning that if, for example,

Well, swinging waves in general, every swinging wave there is, every swinging wave is electromagnetic,
it's just always in a different form,
just like when you have water or alcohol,
the exact same alcohol, exactly the same alcohol,
only it's more distilled or more distilled or more distilled
or less distilled or less distilled, but it's exactly the same, only the strength is different,
the swinging wave is different, it's of a different..., how should I put it?

a different frequency, right.

In other words, one could use the machines if one so to speak
Let's say the computer chips have a certain swinging wave,
and if you generate this counter-swinging wave,
you could stop all the machines, so to speak,
because the chips in the machines won't work anymore.

The foreigners have already done this many times in America and in Russia,
e.g. with the atomic bomb, with the atomic bomb, where suddenly
