Meditation in Movement is an ancient system of meditative exercises created by Nokodemion for the purpose of releasing physical, psychological and mental conflicts and tensions through an emotional and feeling-based reaction to 13 specific meditative body movements. The meditation exercise consists of a longer sequence of movements that is performed slowly and relaxed, smoothly, gently and softly.
Meditation in motion is a long and never-ending path, because meditation is learning; learning about oneself, one's own inner values, recognising one's own character and personalty and one's own behaviour in general. But meditation is also constant movement in the creation of inner values, virtues, knowledge and wisdom, true love, freedom, harmony and peace. Meditation is therefore not only a continuous movement, but also a journey into one's own self and into all the factors that shape the self.
Meditation in motion also means concentrating on one thing, observing, perceiving and pursuing it. Specifically in relation to the body and physical processes, meditation makes it clear that nothing stands still, but that everything is constantly in motion and flowing. Meditation is also movement in relation to the body. and this leads the meditating person to become aware of his body and psyche, but ultimately also of his conscious abities, whereby thoughts and feelings mature to live more consciously and of meaningfully, to bring themselves into harmony and to centre themselves on inner freedom and inner peace.
