Is it finally Billy Wagner’s time? The legendary reliever will learn soon if he's getting inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame. 

The Phillies Show host Ruben Amaro Jr. helped bring Wagner to the Phillies in Nov. 2003 following a trade with Houston. TPS hosts Jim and Todd covered him for two seasons in Philly in 2004-05. All three think Wagner is deserving of a bronze plaque in Cooperstown, N.Y. 

Wagner talks about his Hall of Fame chances in his 10th and final year of BBWAA eligibility. But he also shares some great Phillies stories, including ones about Chase Utley, Jimmy Rollins and Ryan Howard. And the best story of all: the time Billy let Jim catch one of his bullpen sessions in Clearwater, Florida in 2005!
