Bim Afolami has served as the MP for Hitchin and Harpenden since the 2017 general election. In November 2021, he served as the Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, Nadine Dorries MP and served in this role until his appointment as Vice Chairman of the Conservative Party for Youth in February 2022.
