Binge Media

Kupka and Batch are here to bring you the first episode of the New Year while Mr. Valley is smashing it to the Patriot's bye week. I'm starting to think he's just looking for reasons to smash it these days... Anyways, they discuss the awesomeness they missed from 2016, what they are looking forward to in the first quarter of 2017 and may even have a special surprise at the end. Only one way to find out. NOW GO LISTEN!

The first offical BingeCast of the year is here and it's packed full of stupid. The boys argue about football, plan get-togethers, and review a crapload of TV and film.

The Search for Garrett's bar has begun as Lance and Art send in the first of, hopefully, many adventures as they look for the fictional Palace of Poon Slaying. The premiere episode finds them visiting a well know and notorious establishment.

TV Round-Up has talk of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, This is Us Crazyhead, that crazy Scientology show, and The Bachelor. Yup.

What Di You Watch is ridiculous as we take a look at THE SWEAT BOX, BATMAN: RETURN OF THE CAPED CRUSADERS, NOCTURNAL ANIMALS, DEEP WATER HORIZON, LA LA LAND, WAR DOGS, PETE'S DRAGON, THE NICE GUYS, THE GREASY STRANGLER, SAUSAGE PARTY, SING STREET, SING, TROLLS, INNER SPACE, ROGUE ONE, A NEW HOPE, and THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK.

Things wind down with the 2017 preview as the boys grill each other on what films they're most looking forward to in the coming months.

Bingo, Bango, Boom.

Happy 2017 party people,

Small Screen Heroes has a very special year in review show for you. I had to recruit the one and only Binge timestamper and biggest Spiderman fanboy I know, Logan Fowler, to recap what is awesome and what sucked babadick this year in terms of comic based properties.

From the awesome of Deadpool to the dumpster juice that is Batman vs Superman, this was a banner year for comic movies.  The inner geek in me is happy we can actually have a Suicide Squad movie, or that Doctor Strange, of all characters, can not only carry a movie but also be a pivotal part of Marvel film universe.  We also saw Spiderman come back huge as part of  Civil War.

Looking forward, 2017 sees the return of the Guardians of the Galaxy, Justice League and Thor kicking ass with Hulk in Thor: Ragnarok.  Plus, Hugh Jackman goes full tilt berserker like we all have wanted to see him in Logan, the film based off the classic old man Logan storyline from Wolverine.

Also on this week's show, we cover the huge first two issues of Justice League Vs Suicide Squad events.  SPOILERS.  I fill Logan in on what's been going on in the Spiderman: Dead No More storyline with the return of everyone's favorite Spiderman clone Ben Reilly.  The Timestamping Wonder also gives us his review of the Nintendo Mini Classic in some gaming talk we couldn't fit in on the last gamecast.

I'd like to take a second to mention some good that actually did happen in 2016.  You guys have helped Small Screen Heroes be a thing at Binge Media, and as we continue to carve out our own niche here, I'd like to thank everyone who's come on this show to shoot the shit and geek out with me last year.  I promise, 2017 will be even more nerdier, more rantier and, well, I challenge Garrett to come on this show and tell me how terrible everything is.  Maybe Smallville talk will tempt him.

Happy New Year. 2017 is the year of THE RUNNING MAN. Or is it? We have no idea. Also, Arnold has his new game show premiering tonight. What better time to drop our first commentary of 2017? Join Moreno, Ammon, and Law as they discover the phallic obsession this movie holds over every scene and/or object within. Seriously, there are more subtle dicks in this movie than softcore porn. Sit back and marvel at the fact that this stupid movie got NOTHING correct about about the future. Nothing! Enjoy. Or don't, it's awful.

We've all settled our butts and formed out our own opinions on ROGUE ONE. It's time to sit down, like gentlemen, and discuss what we liked and disliked. Kupka, Pete MC, Jack Valley, and Law form a roundtable and do none of that. There's lots of yelling, name calling, bitching, and crying as the boys try to discover what the hell this movie is all about. Farts. It's about farts. Join us for this surprise final BingeCast of the year.

At long last, the band is back together as Super Marcey is back with Luke and Batch for the final wrestling edition of the Binge SportsCast for 2016 and there was a lot happening on this show, some of which was just answering the question "What the hell happened at Roadblock: End of the Line?" And while they did discuss some of that, there's also the random tangents that this crew goes off on and if you're looking for an idea of where some of this goes, just know that the video below you is part of this podcast as Batch reminds Luke that this actually happened.

And if that's not enough for you, end of the year awards are handed out for things such as Wrestler of the Year, Match of the Year, Surprise of the Year and so on and so forth. Heel turns are teased, laughs are had, jokes are made and attempts are made to come up with as many alternatives for "End of the Line" as possible. Enjoy.

Law, Ammon, and Pete MC review Rogue One, The BFG, 31, Santa Conquers the Martians, Saving Christmas, Ash vs. Evil Dead, Shut Eye, The Affair, and Divorce. A shitload of Google Voice, live call ins from Moreno and Art Cali, and a special holiday presentation called Twas the Nate Before BingeMas.

0:00:00-Pour some whiskey in that hot cocoa; it's time for the Christmas Bingecast, bitches.

0:01:30-Law and Pete MC are on the mics, ready to stuff your stockings. What? Law is still coughing like a motherfucker. Moreno and Denny Luis have collaborated to bring the listeners a nice little Christmas treat, which will be played later in the show. Also, that Tacocksucker Moreno did some shit at Moe's Tavern that gets airtime as well. PeteMC details his modest nature while playing with The Kicks. Ammon shows up. More bullshit.

0:26:33-GOOGLE VOICE

1:15:51-Surprise Call in. Google voice continues

1:24:44-Twas The Night Before Bingemas, as told by OH HAI DENNY LOUIE

1:31:00-TV ROUND UP. New Christmas sounder by Pete MC! Ash vs. Evil Dead takes precedence over everything else, as Law and Pete dig deep into it. They go deep and hard. Yup. Law is gonna check out the OA. Planet Garrett: What's it Like? Wait, this isn't fucking tv. Goddamnit. Law brings up his This is Us prediction and sees what Ammon thinks about it. Divorce is still good. Gilmore Girls gets discussed even though GC isn't on. The Path is back, Pete is watching a show but he needs two hours to find the title...wait it is called Shut Eye. Emmanuelle Chriqui is still super hot. Tangents.

2:29:48-MOVIE HOMEWORK. PeteMC actually did last week's and this week's so he gets a gold fucking star. MH was Santa Claus Conquers (cockers?) the Martians. Some point after this Mrs. MC shows up to party.

2:49:07-Moreno's set from Moe's Tavern.

2:55:48-WHAT DID YOU WATCH? Ammon saw The Magnificent Seven (Pete did as well), The BFG, and Rob Zombie's 31. Law watched Jim Carrey's How the Grinch Stole Christmas. PeteMC revisited Pee Wee's Playhouse Christmas Special. ROGUE ONE. Moreno calls in. MORE ROGUE ONE.

SHOW'S FUCKING ROGUE DONE.

Twas the Night Before Bingemas gets played one more time to send the show out.

Have a Merry Cocksucking Christmas and a Happy New Year, you babadicks!!!
