02/12/25: Joel Heitkamp is joined by Missy Heilman in the KFGO Studio ahead of Giving Hearts Day. Missy has served as the BIO Girls CEO since founding the organization in 2013. With a background in business management and marketing, Missy worked primarily in the marketing technology industry for 15 years, as a consultant and Chief Marketing Officer, before BIO Girls became her full-time job in 2018.

BIO Girls is on a mission to improve the self-esteem in adolescent girls through empowerment of self and service to others.
