Hello,

My name is Mark D. I am living with Bipolar Disorder along with anxiety and panic disorder.  I hope to discuss mental health issues and share my journey as well as discuss issues with people listening who struggle with similar mental health issues.  I am not a doctor or therapist,  I am just a guy trying to connect with other people and start a community to fight mental disorders, share and improve my life as well as others who may need it too.
