Meet Alfredo Borodowski, Ph.D., MSW, "The Bipolar Rabbi" In a pivotal moment in June 2013, he faced a life-changing experience, arrested for impersonating a police officer and subsequently diagnosed with bipolar disorder. The aftermath was tough – he lost his prestigious executive director role and became a target for ridicule, but he didn't let that define him. Overcoming depression, Alfredo thrived, reinventing himself as a social worker.

Through his journey, he discovered the power of Positive Psychology and learned to embrace his strengths, conquering negative thoughts along the way. Now, he's on a mission to share the wisdom of those with mental illness and their caregivers with the world. With courage, survival, darkness, uncertainty, and hope, they hold valuable insights to end stigma and inspire change.

As a guest on "Journey to Success," Alfredo tackles questions like achieving happiness, finding fulfillment through strengths, the connection between spirituality and mental health, and defeating loneliness.
