Welcome to the Motherhood Matrix Podcast where we talk about all aspects of motherhood from boosting fertility to family foundations and everything in-between! Becoming a mom can be overwhelming not knowing what to expect… we get the physical changes, but what about all of the internal and external shifts that happen along the way? Not to mention the relational, spiritual and every other aspect we thought we knew? It can be a bit disorienting to say the least! Don’t worry though - I’m here as your guide to help you enter, navigate and master your own motherhood matrix - so the matrix doesn’t master you.

Who am I? My name is Allie Page. I’ve been a doula and a mom for over a decade and helping you transition gracefully in and through motherhood is my jam! Because of the nature of the work I do, I’ve been privy to many conversations that should be common knowledge for all of us. I’m committed to bringing these topics and insights to the forefront so you can have the information you need to make the best decisions for you and your family.

I’ve found myself on the highest of highs, and the lowest of lows on this motherhood journey. I may not be able to solve all your problems, but I promise not to let you get lost or stuck for too long! One thing I can promise? You’re never alone - I’m right here, in the middle with you! We will learn how to honor the old and new you, helping you integrate the two so you can be the mom you’ve always wanted to be!

My name is Allie Page and I am so excited for you to be here! I am here as your guide to help you enter, navigate and master the matrix so you can be the mom you’ve always wanted to be. I’m thrilled you're here - let’s journey through the matrix! Let's go! 

Rewriting the Pages is a place to come and reconsider what you've been taught to believe. It's a place to let go of what's no longer working, learn new things, and move forward trusting in faith and adjust to what aligns better for you, which in turn leads to healthier relationships with yourself, your spouse, your friends, your family, your community and so forth!
