In this episode I tell the story of my first birth. The birth of Cora is a quick hospital induction with no pain meds. From an outside perspective this birth is a very straight forward and "successful" induction. I had extensive tearing and explain why I felt like I had birth trauma from this straight forward, successful induction. Thanks for listening!
