Erika shares her stories of multiple miscarriages through releasing the dream of being a mother and then finding herself pregnant and choosing a wild pregnancy and free births twice over.

Over the past three decades Erika has walked through many “ranks” of medicine training – personal, academic, and traditional. She has postgraduate training in Naturopathic medicine and masters medical training in Phsyics of the Human Body; Oncology; Homeopathy, and BioElectricalMagnetics among other things. She remains medically trained and unlisenced and ungoverend and is a medically intuitive medicine woman.

Siân is a mother of 4 daughters and long-term holistic doula who has devoted herself to bringing initiations, in particular birth, back to the home and hearth, pioneering for the decolonization and radicalization of both platonic and romantic relationships, birth, death, sex and all blood rites.

With shared care, community counsel, respect for eldership and re-centring of matriarchy as her deepest values, Sian is dedicated to sitting as wise woman to pregnant people and also offers mentorship to other doulas who have heard the call to protect and uphold the primitive blueprint of pregnancy birth and postpartum.

Incorporating energy medicine, ancient rituals and folk herbalism into her work, all of which she offers to her community, are practices that she used to stay aligned with the anti-capitalistic ethos that healing can mostly be earth based, simple, sacred and yet attainable to all.

She is currently at the beginning of her second year-long mentorship with a group of mentees and offers 1-1 guidance to those who want to expand their knowledge and get guidance around holding space for transformative experiences, birth and beyond.

Justyna's first birth was in Poland. She knew from the beginning that she wanted the presence of a wise woman at her side. She hired a private midwife to attend her, she planned for the dream hospital birth and she come out of the birth everyone dubbed as the "perfect hospital birth" with trauma and doubt in her innate knowing.

For her second pregnancy, Justyna wanted something different. She found inspiration from attending a birth circle where she was able to hear a free birth / home birth story and she knew this time she was going to do it differently.
