In the transition from the Judges to the Kings of Israel, Samuel is the last judge and the first of Israel’s prophets.

Goliath was recorded to be around 9’ tall with a spear head weighing 15lbs the spear being 2-1/2” round and nearly 25’ long His armor weighed around 150 lbs. He also carried a bronze javelin and a broad sword.
