The F Five Project, a statewide organization, aids individuals transitioning out of prison and battling addiction. With staffs personal experiences guiding them, they offer support for essential needs like identification, housing, and employment. James Jimenez, a care coordinator, uses his incarceration journey to help others, while Jeannie Hochstrasser, another coordinator, is a success story of the program. Since 2018, F Five has assisted over 1500 people, with both James and Jeannie pursuing degrees in Addiction Studies. The organization continues to make a significant impact in their community.
