Janice Formichella is a Life and Break Up Coach. Our conversation today is about her journey out of the LDS Church, and into building her own life with happiness and purpose. She shares about her experience growing up mormon, and how all encompassing her experience was with religion.
Janice grew up with a natural curiosity that did not sit well with the community she was in, so she played by the rules until she just could not anymore. She allowed her intuition to lead and with many twists and turns she found her way to the freedom she lives in today.

This conversation with Chuck was so much fun!
We discussed why he left, how he lead himself to meditation naturally, trusting your own body, mysticism, and meditation as a tool for healing.
Chuck has some incredible insight as someone who has deeply studied christian theology and many other religious and spiritual practices, as well as being at the forefront of the exvangelical movement over the past several years.

This Conversation with Audra is full of depth and all the fire that Audra brings to every conversation she is in. We talk about everything from deep childhood fear, to the churches response to real life problem, to finding a bigger and bigger container as she grew beyond the limits of what she was raised in, to fully being herself.
Audra herself is a coach a facilitator of the sacred in between spaces that happen in life. She is wildly herself and it is a joy to be around her.
I delighted in having this conversation and I know you will enjoy what we discuss today.

Today's Episode is the story of a woman who made her way out of Islam. She grew up with a very logical and scientific mind, despite her families religion, and felt her faith crisis happen through reading a single sentence.
Interviewing this person was such a joy and I am so happy to share this story with you.
For those of you who are exvangelical, exmornon, exchristian, excatholic, or questioning, I would highly encourage you to listen to this even though you do not have an Islamic background. What I have seen over and over is that these stories are parallel and relatable on so many levels, even though the religion is different.

Hello All!
Many of you have been asking about my experience with a christian cult, which I have hinted at in my stories and posts on social media. Today I am sharing that story with you!
I want to add the disclaimer that I have no idea what this community is up to now. They may not be operating in this way, or they might. I chose to leave and remove myself from all of that entirely. I have intentionally not stated which church this is because I do not know the status of tese people or communities now. If this sounds very familiar to you, please reach out, we may have been involved in something similar and I'd love to chat with you, (and even potentially interview you if you are interested in that).

Hello all!
This is a mini episode I did because I was thinking about our stories and what it is we offer to the world by just being ourselves. We each have our own unique energy that is worthy just because it is, and after a conversation with my sister I felt inspired to share this with you all in case it inspires you too.
Within religion we are taught that everything of us is gods and for him etc. What I have leaned into since leaving that mindset is the beauty of what we offer the world just by being, just by existing. Sure we can and love to do things for people, but what is it that you give just by being? Just by your very existence?
I share my own discovery here and how I have been living in the shadow side of it by not acknowledging it. Also I am still learning what shadow work means so if you have a better understanding of what people mean when they use those terms I'd love to hear your perspective.
I think our stories are all unique and I love hearing them. I tend to see a thread of cohesion in each story and that usually comes down to who a person is, their deepest essence. Here I share my realization of that and how I hope this inspires you.
Enjoy <3
