Cory discusses the plan to keep it simple and time lock it to educate and convert new users, it is 100% controlled by the recipient, given view access through the time lock before changing to full access. This is part of a wider campaign to improve awareness around Bitcoin and educate the public on the benefits of using cryptocurrencies.
