There are lot of big talkers out there in the BTC space. How many of them are really walking the walking and holding the BTC? One person estimates that it is not many. USA legal designations are in thew crypto news. US citizens are not allowed (by US law) to help North Korea get around sanctions and a prominent Ethereum person has been accused of entering NK and participating in such activities.
