In this episode Jared and Jenette talk with Leslie Butler about focusing on student learning. Leslie shares strategies from her math class that allow for students to share their voice and learn from one another that can be used in any content area. Leslie also discusses ways to equip students with strategies to be successful in school and out of school.

The APPEL program is Davis District's alternative licensing program to help teachers move from an associate license to a professional license.
