Jennifer Scott author of That's The Spirit

Channel for 35 years, Jennifer Scott practices Hypnotherapy in Scottsdale, Arizona. Surprisingly, she admits that it was not her idea to write That’s the Spirit. Her Guides asked her to do it in2000, years before she was ready. Now, when working with Hypnotherapy clients, Jennifer often calls on her Guides for their higher wisdom.

Jennifer and her Guides help her clients see the truth about themselves and their situations, empowering them to change their destructive habits such as smoking, overeating, negative thinking and other symptoms of soul dysfunction.

Jennifer believes – as Deepak Chopra -that we are actually spiritual beings who have created our physical bodies, but that we must first learn how to tap into that vast resource of hidden-away-wisdom. Music & Talk from South Africa with special guest Doug Hoseck.

They say "music soothes the savage beast'.. and that is the goal of today's show - to soothe and center the beast in us all.

Today's guest, Doug Hoseck uses brainwave entrainment in the creation of his meditations.  Brainwave entrainment uses a well known phenomenon known as "sympathetic resonance".

Our brains cycle at various different frequencies, depending on our state of mind.  The brainwave entrainment in their meditations use either binaural beats or the more effective, isochronic tones, to encourage your brain cycle at a required frequency.  Master Zen meditators have shown that their years of meditation practice has given them the ability to make their brains go to the frequency they require.  With the brain entrainment meditations you can receive the meditative benefits simply by listening.  When you listen, your brain tunes in and picks up the resonance to the tones included in their meditation tracks.  To find out more visit http://www.thelightstream.org/

Transitions and Transformations - Thriving in the Midst of Change

Robert's guest is Lisa Reed-Hurtt, author life coach and trainer.

From Lisa's web site "Many people are journeying through a 'shift' of spiritual awakening. The timing of this shift varies from soul-to-soul. There are no coincidences - it is all about Divine timing.  We are traveling into the mystic. We have been waiting for your divinity to recognize and meet us.  We are as one.  "I am" is the name of our spirit and human being collective.  The God we know is one with us. The angels, saints and all beings of spiritual light belong to "I AM."  We need to teach Divine truth by example. As we link up soul-to-soul we are heading toward world peace.  We are working in the light and love of humanity."
