BizBasx 4: In this episode I share my goals for 2020. I share both my personal and business goals I set using the workbook I created called The Grand Plan 2020 Workbook. I will be following up quarterly with my progress towards these goals.
Last episode we explored setting personal goals, now in this second part we are going over how to set business goals. We also go over how to create a Mission, Vision and Values statement as well as creating a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) for your business. All of these are excellent components that can be added to a Business Plan.
