Bizcuits & Gravy

That butt-whoopin' was good for me. We were raised by old school folks that would put it on you if you got out of line. We're talking about the folks from the "I don't play wit kids" era. Check us out to see how a good butt-whoopin' saved so many lives within our circles.

The rough draft was Lyn's idea, and the last time he missed the episode due to some unforeseen circumstances. So let's run it back, complete freestyle. You cant imagine all the possibilities this episode has to offer.

Good Credit, Bad Credit, No Problem. We know you have bad credit! Weare not Equifax, or Experian, but your credit sucks. We can fix that though. This week we are joined by my life long friend Quinard Jackson (@quinaris32 on Instagram) and JaShawn Anderson (@juscalljay) to talk credit. Contact Nard to fix your credit fast.

Let’s go deep into improv. Every week we decide a topic and plan a cadence to guide us through our episode. This week no plans no restrictions. One shout out to Dr. Brené Brown @brenebrown. Listen and learn why.

You love, teach, inspire, keep, protect, encourage, and elevate us. Today with special regard for Mothers Day we give universal shout out to all the women of the world. One of the most prominent keys to life is that we learn to live it together, and that is insurmountable without you. This is why we love you.

Though we were pressed to meet our weekly deadline, by Gods grace we pull through. We lean in to speak about cancer, and it's heavy impact on the fire service. We also want to make sure that we keep those suffering from this disease lifted in prayer.

With the recent untimely demise of Nipsey Hussle, we are turned to the topic of reinvesting in our communities. We look to some of the misconceptions behind the purpose of this reinvestment. We speak on many things that we hope you will find enlightening. We are joined by a very good friend of Andrew Lawrence, this guy is brilliant.

This was a really odd introduction to the show, but we love it. We keep these #bizcuits completely organic. Shanah Roberts joins us again (by mistake), as we discuss some of the things that annoy us the most. This episode is hilarious. Share this with all your friends!!!

It is a pleasure to have Chase's baby sister Bree Davis (@Sunshine Davis) on the show with this week, as she helps us to deliver much-needed information about the power of grant writing. Bree has a very impressive resume and has enjoyed incredible results. Call to action we want to get this information out, but we need this audience to grow. This week take someone's phone, show them this link (https://linktr.ee/bizcuits_gravy) and share the gravy. Back up and let God bust a move! #bizcuits

This is a very special episode of Bizcuits & Gravy. Today we get to meed Shanah Roberts, Lyn's beautiful bride. We speak about how they do it! How they do marriage, how they met, and what they do when things are not working. This conversation is very personal and very encouraging. If you want a good laugh, you must listen to the ends. Also, for all in south Florida!!! Support Mind, Body, and Soul Institution. This ain't no Church!
