we can listen even untold things , if our physical and mental presence become one and one
we spend daily 10-12 hours of watching screen, reading and listening ... but net result could be zero at the end
if we are not "conscious listener" and we are unable to filter the content / information in 2 category
essential for us and non-essential for us.
Today's digital age has given powerful tools to everyone to pour content on everyone ... it can be fake , paid and undesirable.
