Hello! I haven't posted anything in years and for the first time in a while I'm in a space where I can make my health my priority again. I haven't been feeling great these last two weeks and yesterday I decided to record my podcast. It was not a great experience to begin with but ended up being healing and eye opening. Warning, lots of crying in this one. Unedited. Raw. This is just pure me.
In this episode I talk about BPD, what it is and how it has affected my life. I also give some great tips and tools on how you can help yourself and learn how to deal with it. These tips will work if you're struggling with something else as well. It's mainly about anxiety control and how to turn your mood around and get in control of your emotions.
