Army helicopter pilot and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) black belt Jon Jordan joins Evan for the latest Strength & Speed podcasts.  The two talk about training for BJJ, crossover points with OCR, how the structure of BJJ is like OCR with multiple brands/styles that don't always overlap with competitors, the benefits/drawbacks of having your sport in the Olympics and more.  As a BJJ competitor and an occasional run at OCR events, Jon brings some great insight to the conversation.
