This episode speaks to the need to transition from COVID response to COVID recovery. A combination of scientifically valid best practices, policy and technology can get us on track. Its 1/15/2021 and the inauguration looms large. I continue to believe that a failure to effectively address Presidential election  voter fraud allegations for the second time in a row have put the US  on a path to conflict. I have conducted a readiness survey of 222 African Americans . I am sorting through the results and seeking guidance on how to interpret the respondent data from  multiple subject matter experts.
