I've been training and coaching Muay Thai for 20 plus years, I am also a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu blackbelt. I've competed in both disciplines and coached many fighters on the amateur circuit and also a few pros. I hope you enjoy my show and my sometimes insightful commentary.
