This is not to be confused with the Black Condor that was a human baby who was raised by actual condors to legit fly and go on to impersonate a Congressman. No, this Black Condor was a genetically engineered by his grandfather Abe Vigoda and hangs out in the Jersey wilderness taking down crooks that look like Tom Savini.
