Stepfathers are men who have to step up to the plate for a team that they didn't create.  They endure an endless number of tests to prove that they are a viable replacement for the biological father.  But is the risk worth the reward?  Is the sacrifice worth the cost of provision, and the lack of power to influence??  You be the judge...

BOTH men and women have been known to "step out" on their relationship as a result of not being satisfied at home. But what drives the disconnect?  And is there any saving grace once you've had a touch or taste OF THIS THING CALLED LUST!!

A man is supposed to "hunt" for women.  He's supposed to "court" her during the dating process.  He should fund the experiences that allow you to get to know him AND he should propose marriage.  So what are you going to do?  In this episode we will be discussing whether or not modern women take a lazy approach to dating and what the impact of their laissez-faire attitude is on relationships.

An “unequally yoked” team has one stronger ox and one weaker, or one taller and one shorter. The weaker or shorter ox would walk more slowly than the taller, stronger one, causing the load to go around in circles. When oxen are unequally yoked, they cannot perform the task set before them. Instead of working together, they are at odds with one another.

Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness was formerly an American Dream that included a man.  With the success of the women’s rights movement, the playing field has been leveled out……so are men still necessary??

Who is more likely to suffer from post-divorce depression? Anxiety and hypertension are common after divorce, which can result in substance abuse and in the worst cases, suicide. The aftermath of a separation and/or a divorce can be devastating......so who's to blame?

The ladies have had it....and this time they're going to let us men know exactly what we are doing to cause them to leave the relationship!!

"A superiority complex is a behavior that suggests a person believes they’re somehow superior to others. People with this complex often have exaggerated opinions of themselves. They may believe their abilities and achievements surpass those of others." - Healthline.com  

The symptoms of superiority complex may include:  

1. High valuations of self-worth - Ex: "On a scale of 1-10, I'm a 10" 

2. Boastful claims that aren’t backed up by reality - Ex: "I'm a Queen, a Boss or Entrepreneur" 

3. Attention to appearance, or vanity - Ex: Materialistic -- "Slay, Beat to the Gods, etc.) 

4. Overly high opinion of one’s self - Ex: "On a scale of 1-10, I'm a 10", "I'm big and beautiful" 

5. A self-image of supremacy or authority - "I'm educated, I make (x) dollars I'm not going to settle for LESS" 

6. Unwillingness to listen to others - Ex: "I refuse to listen to mens perspective" 

7. Overcompensation for specific elements of life 

8. Mood swings, often made worse by contradiction from another person 

9. Underlying low self-esteem or feelings of inferiority

When we think about Superman we always envision this larger than life figure who's virtually indestructible.  We never think of the Clark Kent alter ego that (at least on the surface) is just a mere mortal like the rest of the population.  Black men are struggling with Mental Health issues and tonight its' time we discuss it.....my N!@@A!!
