Black Data Leaders

"I was the only Black person in the room." After attending a high-level industry event in Greece, Tolu Adebekun realized that representation at the top of the data world was missing. In this inaugural episode, Tolu shares his journey from "the only one in the room" to building a global network for Black data executives. We discuss why visibility matters, the importance of the "hidden curriculum" in the C-Suite, and our mission to ensure that Black data professionals are no longer just participating in the data revolution—they are leading it.
