The amount of people who have or do suffer depression is staggering...  Myself and Neil Geddes who I am introducing to you all in this Podcast are included in those statistics...  We've found a way through, depression is something that will stay with you forever however with the right toolkit you can keep it at bay.  Neil started The Blackdog Brotherhood a few years ago and has built it into Blackdog Coaching because the Blackdog Sisterhood has also taken off...  It's valuable work that's being done at Blackdog Coaching, it was an honour to have Neil on the Podcast and I look forward to our next chat.
