Loretta made her debut as a Casting Assistant on the Netflix series All About the Washington's. Loretta currently lives in Los Angeles, California where she works for Koczara/Shevchenko Casting. She lends her talents to many pilots and series like Black-ish, Grown-ish, and The Mighty Ducks.

Our Co Host Shelby Smith attended her first press junket for The Black Music Honors Awards. Shelby interviewed the Legendary Angie Stone. She shared her experience and lessons learned. On season 4 episode 4, our cohost sat down with the creators of the social media app Flow to talk about their mission, inspiration, and expectations for the app. Flow is a Black-Owned, upcoming social media app where anyone can have fun and feel welcome. After seeing censorship and biased acts of 'Shadow-banning' take place, without appeal, Flow knew it was time for a change. Flow recognized that black creators were creating dances and trends without getting recognized for it, and they believed it was time for a change. On season 4 episode 2, we sat down with digital media consultant and women in radio founder Meaghan Taylor to talk about how she grew her platform and what it takes to be in the radio industry.  Meaghan has worked in numerous radio markets, such as 104.7 The Flame in Port St Lucie, Fl; BEATZ 96.3 in West Palm Beach, Fl, 92.9 WTUG in Tuscaloosa AL, and most recently Y100 in Miami, FL. In 2016, she founded Women In Radio LLC., an organization for the support and advancement of women in the radio industry. She is in charge of  Women In Radio’s daily social media accounts, designing graphics/merchandise, securing sponsorship/donations, and curating small to large scale events. Welcome to Season 4! In our Season opener we got to chat with Raya Clay. Raya  is a Creative Producer at ESPN. She has worked with ESPN since January 2020 and has produced several sports shows on the network- MLB, College Football, Sportscenter, ESPN E60 and Little League World Series to name a few. Raya is originally from Monticello, Arkansas and a proud Broadcast Journalism graduate of the University of Arkansas. Before ESPN, Raya spent 4 years at Fox Sports in Charlotte, NC producing Nascar, College Hoops, Super Bowl, and UFC. Raya also has a podcast called "No Handouts, Just Work" where she encourages women that anything is possible with hard work and dedication. All my ladies that are natural born hustlers or into sports media, this is the episode for you!
